WEE WORSHIP - last Sunday each month. (No Wee Worship in March due to Annual Meeting)

Worship services are often too long for the very young and offer too little opportunity for children to be themselves. We at Agricola believe that children belong to worship and can grow spiritually in wonderful ways through worship. WEE WORSHIP is designed around the special gifts and needs of children. It lasts about 40 minutes and includes Bible story telling and Holy Communion. Although WEE WORSHIP has been created with babies and young children in mind, God's children of any age are welcome!

 Hunger does not stop!

Food donations are a vital way in which you can support hungry people in north Toronto. Our box for the North York Harvest Food Bank is always available for your food donations. The need for food is still acute as children are back in school and need good nutrition to learn.

Please bring  non-perishable food items when you next visit the church, or you can make a designated offering to the NYHFB!

CLWR Appeal For Africa

Since July, 2011 severe drought has been affecting the entire East Africa Region, said to be the worst in 60 years. Thirteen million people in Somalia, Ethiopia and Kenya are affected. Many Somalis have fled their home country to seek refuge in Ethiopia and Kenya. CLWR has partnered up with the Canadian Food Grains Bank on a large scale emergency food aid project that will benefit over 18,000 people in Ethiopia.

Please consider helping by making a designated offering to CLWR.

 Our Mission Project

This year we are participating in WE CARE project through Canadian Lutheran World Relief. The WE CARE packages brighten the lives of children in various refugee camps around the world. You can participate in this worthwhile effort by bringing needed supplies into to CLWR box in the narthex. Pictures of needed items can be seen on the poster above the box. While this seems like a very small effort, together with many other congregations we can truly make a difference. Thank you on behalf of all the children who will receive these kits.

Please place your donations in CLWR box in the narthex.
